To get practice with multi language, we need more training and training. Balabolka is one freeware tool to helps and training. The application was based on text-to-speech which able to learn text and word. The text displayed on the screen can be saved into multimedia file such as WAV and MP3. The application is able to read the content, showed the text in doc, rtf, html, completed with custom font and background color as well as controlling tray system or global hotkey.
Balabolka designed based on Microsoft Speech API (SAPI) which able converting sound parameters, including rate, pitch and volume. The user can apply special substitute to increase sound articulation.
